	White pine log siding with solid log corner extension on outside exterior walls.

     Roof and Ceiling:

	7/12 trussed roof - 16" O.C. for 1 and 2 story homes.
	15# felt under Architectural, self sealing shingles (30 year warranty).
	R-38 Fiberglass Insulation (kraft faced).R-38 Insulation combined with wallboard and/or T&G pine boards will achieve a R-factor between R-40 - R42.
	12/12 pitch roof on Cape Models

Interior:

	Vinyl floor covering in Kitchen, Baths, and Utility Room.
	Solid 6-panel pine passage and bi-fold clear sealed 1" x 4" white pine clear stain, window and door trim.

Exterior:

	Anderson Wood Windows.
	Vinyl clad brown or sandlewood exterior windows with screens and insulated Low "E" glass.  Tilt for easy cleaning.
	1" x 8" T&G white pine sealed on the interior of the exterior walls.
	4" x 8/4" unfinished white pine trim around all windows and doors with preservative for exterior log siding to be supplied and applied on site by builder.

Miscellaneous:

	Custom built, purchased kitchen cabinets.
	Cultured marble countertop with single bowl lavatory bath vanity to match kitchen cabinets.
	One-piece fiberglass tub and shower unit.
	Electric - 200 AMP 40 circuit box.
	Heating-Electric or Hot Water Baseboard with individual wall-mounted thermostats or other heating/AC systems site installed by others.  Please consult with us on heating/cooling options which will minimize energy use and give you the ability to leave your home for periods of time without worry.
